LEARN ABOUT
MODERN BODY

Welcome to my rehabilitative massage therapy practice! I have been a practicing massage and lymphatic drainage therapist for over 20 years. How I do massage and bodywork differently starts with setting appointment times with a 30-minute buffer in between clients. This allows time to discuss health concerns and treatment goals, develop a session plan and conclude with any post treatment considerations to further enhance the outcome of your session. Additionally, this time allows for proper sanitization of surfaces and allows for air flow through the treatment room in between clients.

Doing bodywork differently includes over 1,400 hours of core education, staying current with research, continuously educating, having thousands of hands-on hours and experience providing bodywork for patients in radiation, infusion and on the medical floor as well as working with surgeons, chiropractors, professional dancers, and sports teams.
